Sorry for the length between posts the past month or so! I wish I could say it has because I have been busy, but sadly the opposite is true.I’ve experienced a few crushing setbacks recently that have done a number on my energy. Hence, motivation seems to have sunk. That being said, I’m going to make a 100% attempt to post at least one album a day for you to enjoy.

Bringing us back into the music is The Wrinkle Neck Mules from Richmond, Virginia. These guys have been plugging at it for the better part of the decade, producing 4 excellent albums of alt country goodness. If there is any band out there that is carrying the Tupelo torch, it is the ‘Mules. It seems a lot of artists and acts these days try for the country sound, which usually yields a contrived and amateurish sound. Just a few seconds into any of their songs, you will have no doubt that The Wrinkle Neck Mules are the real deal.

Check out their website here. Buy their albums here.

Here is album 3 and 4, The Wicks Have Met (2007) and Let The Lead Fly (2009). Also, check out their in studio performance of The Waters All Run Dry.
